The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

This will take the form of:-
Full name, postal address, telephone contact number, vehicle registration and e-mail address (where applicable)
How we get the personal information and why we have it
All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· For direct contact to you for changes in AAA rules.
· Relevant information regarding the running of AAA.
· Personal issues, directly involving yourself.
We use the information that you have given us in order to monitor the clubs Membership Standing and Accounts.

(a) We have a legal obligation.
(b) We have a legitimate interest.
All personal information supplied by you will remain within Alresford Angling Associations current records and will not be supplied to any organisation, business or public source without your express permission.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep individual Members’ personal information for the duration of your membership. We will then dispose your information by deleting your name and details from our membership list.
