All of the personal information we process is provided to
us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

direct contact to you for changes in AAA rules.
· Relevant
information regarding the running of AAA.
· Personal
issues, directly involving yourself.
We use the information that you have given us in order to
monitor the clubs Membership Standing and Accounts.

the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

All personal information supplied by you will remain
within Alresford Angling Associations current records and will not be supplied
to any organisation, business or public source without your express permission.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep individual Members’ personal information for the duration of your membership. We will then
dispose your information by deleting your name and details from our membership list.
